About Us

Founded in 2001, the Conservation and Community Investment Forum (CCIF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization specializing in applying the tools, strategies, and resources of the private sector to address urgent conservation and community development issues worldwide. Working with a variety of partners CCIF seeks to advance innovative solutions to accelerate the delivery of conservation and community development successes on the ground: both improving the methods and approaches utilized by our partners, and building the capacity of their organizations to replicate and scale-up these successes across their programs.

Mission:

To work with leading conservation and sustainable development organizations, investors, and their partners to develop and deliver new ideas and solutions to ensure the success of biodiversity conservation and sustainable development efforts worldwide.

CCIF pursues this mission through the creation of multi-disciplinary teams, drawing from the private and public sectors, when and where needed to deliver our services.

To help us realize our objectives, and achieve our mission, CCIF adheres to the following values in our work:

Focus and Impact. We focus our efforts on specific issues or problems that we believe we are best positioned to solve, aiming for transformative solutions where ever possible.
